Heat transfers are used to apply custom graphic designs and photographs to t-shirts, sweatshirts, mouse pads, tote bags and other items.  Heat transfers are designs that are made up ahead of time and then applied to a garment using heat and pressure.    

Transfers have a reputation for not being as durable as screenprinting, but the quality has improved with the latest generation of computerized equipment.

Transfers have some key advantages over screenprinting.  A one of a kind shirt or jacket can be produced with far less time and expense.
